Seasonal

Easter and Christmas are always a special time at T. Cavallaro & Sons! Our Easter Pascal Lambs are made with marzipan and shaped using a mould created by Tommaso Cavallaro's father, over 100 years ago. Christmas brings the baking of homemade Gingerbread Biscuits and Sicilian Torrone - a log shaped dessert containing crushed almonds and toffee, dipped and coated in dark chocolate. We also stock Easter Eggs and a variety of Panettone, Pandoro and Colomba (with and without peel, gluten free, wholemeal and chocolate varieties). These seasonal sweets are always here for a good time, not a long time!
